PROJECT 1: Defining & Documenting a Modular Construction Project
In groups of 7 students, your task is to design and manage a simple construction project in a way that emphasizes either COST, QUALITY or TIME, with a MEASURABLE success criteria.
4 Components in total (5% each) :
ï‚· Introduction, Design, Conclusion
ï‚· Expanded organisational chart (stating HR characteristics), 2 case studies
ï‚· SWOT Analysis, Success Criteria, Work Breakdown Structure / Gantt Chart
ï‚· Risk Analysis, Maintenance proposal.
In addition to the above components, student groups will be assessed via their performance in 6 mock Client-Consultant Meetings (CCM) that will take place from week 3 to week 8.

PROJECT 2: Project Management Report in Studio Work - Self Management Tutorial Record
This project will require students to document the management of a medium sized project based on their Studio 6 Design module, or Studio 5 Design Module in the case of a Semester 5 Student, building on the knowledge gained from Project 1.
